Jayme Wilson was very professional, and easy to work with. Diligent in helping my partner and I find a space to create our dream business. Jayme gave his candid opinion on the pros and cons of the spaces we toured, and was very amenable to showing us a space more than once upon request. Waiting for the perfect space can be a very frustrating experience–Jayme said the words we needed to hear when we were “on the fence” about leasing the space we are in. Adam and Jessica went all out to find me a spot to conduct my new business that would help us thrive and meet our specific requirements! Shane guided me through a difficult sales process. My industrial Condo was a bit of an albatross, but his sales skills got me a buyer. The process was a complicated seller financing deal capped off by the title company we were using got hacked before closing. So Shane scrambled to get me in with a new title company. A stellar effort by Shane – he should be charging 8%! Thank you, Shane!
