Chris Camozzi absolutely crushed it. His responses were fast, and gave me many options that fit my needs super quickly. If I didn’t like it, he made it comfortable to say no and move on to the next with no issues whatsoever. I own an automotive business that requires clean space, heat, walls that are close to perfect, etc. I requested quite a bit and he made it a mission to make sure I was taken care of. In the end he found me a space that fits all my needs and I couldn’t be happier. He projects such a good attitude and mindset so the process does not feel daunting or troublesome.

Shane guided me through a difficult sales process. My industrial Condo was a bit of an albatross, but his sales skills got me a buyer. The process was a complicated seller financing deal capped off by the title company we were using got hacked before closing. So Shane scrambled to get me in with a new title company. A stellar effort by Shane – he should be charging 8%! Thank you, Shane!

Adam and Jessica went all out to find me a spot to conduct my new business that would help us thrive and meet our specific requirements! We scoured the best options all over town and then Adam showed me the Penthouse and found a spot that we loved…. And then they found us a way to make it work and successfully negotiated a lease that we can thrive with. I can’t say enough about Adam and Jessica and all the effort that they poured out to get us where we needed to be. And we’re so glad they did!!

From the very beginning Steve was quick to respond to my inquiries. I gave him a vague description of what I thought I wanted and immediately he nailed it and I had about a handful of spaces to look at. One of the things I liked the most about Steve was he was not just trying to get me to sign any lease. He was very communicative about red flags he picked up on with certain spaces. He also didn’t try to get me to sign on the higher end of my budget, he truly cared to find me the best space for my needs and what he felt would be the best exposure for my business. Commercial real estate is not for the weak. So many times the other agents ghosted us, but again, Steve communicated where we were every step of the way and when he knew I was getting antsy he always seemed to have the right things to say and a plan of attack.

Chris Camozzi and Hoff & Leigh were a breath of fresh air. They helped us along the way with any questions or concerns. When a professional was needed, they had great referrals and that made the entire process less stressful. They were honest and transparent,  which I really appreciated. I will use them again.
