Holly Trinidad

Holly Trinidad is a third-generation commercial real estate entrepreneur and one of Colorado Springs’ leading brokers. As Co-Owner of Hoff & Leigh Networks, a national commercial real estate brokerage, and the Managing Broker of Hoff & Leigh Colorado Springs—the city’s largest CRE office by listings—Holly brings expertise and market presence.

Over the past decade, Holly has closed hundreds of transactions and built a reputation as one of the top brokers in Colorado Springs, specializing in landlord and seller representation. She has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker and named a Colorado Springs Business Journal Rising Professional. Under her leadership, Hoff & Leigh Colorado Springs was voted #1 Commercial Real Estate Firm in the city by community choice.

Beyond brokerage, Holly is passionate about design, repositioning, and maximizing asset value. Over her career, Holly has helped reposition more than 5,000,000 RSF of commercial space. As an active property owner herself, she understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of commercial ownership, giving her clients a unique advantage.

At the core of Holly’s business and life philosophy are three values: family first, have fun, and be helpful & kind. She loves to spend time with her husband, RD Trinidad and two daughters Maria and June. Holly loves animals, has an addiction to gardening, house plants, and art.

A former  Division I athlete, Holly swam on a full-ride scholarship at the University of Denver before earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California.
