Chad Whitmer

Chad Whitmer is a Broker Associate at Hoff and Leigh in Northeast Ohio. He specializes in listing, leasing, and selling commercial real estate.

Chad brings over 20 years of experience as a financial and operations director of a multi-location, 30-year old family retail lighting company. As a director, he was responsible for revenues in excess of $4 million, controlled day to day operations, and managed commercial contracts in multi-family, hospitality and industrial/warehouse development. As a small business operator, he recognizes the importance of fostering relationships focused on service, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and clear communication and collaboration with colleagues, customers and vendors.

Chad’s business ignited his entrepreneurial real estate passion and today has a small investment property portfolio.  As a small business operator and investor, he adds value by recognizing the need for accurate information, cash-flow analysis, budget management, and the financial/tax benefits of property ownership.

Chad is a native to Northeast Ohio, a graduate of Archbishop Hoban High School and earned a BSBA in International Business from the University of Akron.  He spends his free time with his dog Barley, hiking trails, traveling, visiting with family and friends, and obsessing over all Cleveland sports teams.
