Luke Neely

Luke Neely is a driven young professional with a real passion for helping business owners grow and succeed in commercial real estate. A proud Colorado native, Luke specializes in listing, leasing, and selling commercial property across the Colorado Springs market. He graduated from Grand Canyon University as a member of the Honors College, earning a degree in Business Management with a minor in Cyber Security. Before stepping into the business, he built his own company from the ground up and sharpened his skill as an Area Manager at Amazon — so he knows what it’s like to take a risk, sweat the details, and earn a customer’s trust one handshake at a time. That’s the mindset he brings to every client: listen first, understand what someone needs, and treat their goals like his own.

Off the clock, Luke is a lifelong athlete and team leader. He captained his universities D1 rugby team, trained alongside Olympic 7s squads ahead of the 2024 Paris Games, competed in the Australian premiership, and is currently playing for the Denver Barbarians. These are experiences that instilled the discipline, teamwork, and grit he carries into his work every day. He also mentors more than 50 student-athletes and has coached youth teams across Colorado. When he’s not working, you’ll find Luke traveling, snowboarding, bird hunting, or fly fishing across the West.
