Hoff and Leigh was approached by a past client who needed to lease 700 SF of remodeled commercial real estate office space. The biggest obstacles to overcome were the lack of visibility from the street and minimal signage opportunities on the commercial property.
Utilizing Hoff & Leigh’s IMPACT Marketing principles, the broker team targeted surrounding businesses in the market that 1) did not have a need for high visibility from the street or foot traffic and 2) needed to expand or down size their current office space.
Within a few days of releasing the space to the open market, the space was shown at least a dozen times culminating with three prospective lease clients who produced LOI’s (Letter of Intent). Within three weeks, a 3-year lease was secured.
