Todd Ogden is managing broker and owner of the Castle Rock, CO branch of Hoff & Leigh Commercial Real Estate Company.
Todd Ogden joined Hoff & Leigh in 2010, and in that time Todd has closed over 750,000 SF of real estate. He has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 2005 as a managing member for numerous commercial and residential investment projects in Colorado, Arizona, and Idaho. Upon recognizing the need for Hoff & Leigh’s quality service from the north part of Colorado Springs into Douglas County, Todd opened the Castle Rock branch of Hoff & Leigh. As a small business and real estate owner and investor, he appreciates the need for complete and quality information before conducting any transaction.
Todd grew up in Phoenix, received a bachelor’s degree in Statistics with a minor in Business Management from BYU, and has lived in Colorado since 1993. During that time, he has owned and operated several small businesses in Colorado, including a web-based real estate referral firm and two Samurai Sam’s Teriyaki Grill restaurants. His company, Nationwide Network Referrals, generated in excess of $15 million in annual real estate transactions and more recently, he has structured and managed over $10 Million in investment projects. Todd currently serves on the Business Retention and Expansion Committee on the Economic Development Council in Castle Rock, CO.
Todd currently resides in Monument with his wife and teenage twins. He spends his free time enjoying the Colorado outdoors, biking, boarding, and backpacking.
