Steve Cox

A Colorado Springs native who has a passion for this community and a sincere desire to see it continue to be a great place to live, work, and play.

Steve first started in Real Estate as a multi-family investor and has always had an interest in buying and selling property. He is retired from government service after 34 years with the City of Colorado Springs, as Fire Chief and Chief of Staff for the Mayor of Colorado Springs.  Other positions held included Interim City Manager and Chief of Economic Vitality for the City of Colorado Springs.

He has recently teamed up with two partners who have been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years.  He will be a full service Broker providing multifamily investment and commercial property expertise.  He has been married for 36 years, with two married daughters and four grandchildren.

Steve currently has degrees from both Pikes Peak Community College and Regis University.

He has been married for 35 years, with two married daughters and three grandchildren.

His unique experience gives him insight into the future of the Pikes Peak region as it relates to housing, employment, and local government.
