Holly Trinidad is a third-generation commercial real estate entrepreneur. She is the managing broker of the only female-owned commercial real estate brokerage firm in Colorado, Hoff & Leigh Colorado Springs. Under her leadership, Hoff & Leigh Colorado Springs has been voted Best in Business for Commercial Real Estate year after year, by the Colorado Springs Business Journal.
Holly is consistently one of the area’s top commercial real estate brokers. Over the past 10 years, as a Co-Star Power Broker, Holly has completed hundreds of transactions with clients and customers ranging from national corporations to local businesses and professional practices.
Holly specializes in listing, leasing and selling commercial property. She helps tenants find the most desirable and economical locations and assists property owners maximize their building’s value. This is achieved by using best-of-practice marketing / management techniques which normally increase a building’s cash flow (or help property owners sell for top dollar).
As a commercial real estate investor, Holly understands commercial property from an owner’s perspective and therefore she is-able-to mentor new investors or bring value to experienced investors. In addition to advising commercial property owners, she has a talent for commercial building design and renovation. In that vein, Holly has repositioned over 500,000 square feet of commercial property over the past 5 years.
One of Holly’s most recent investment projects involved acquiring, remodeling and repositioning the 30,000 square foot Bank of the San Juan’s Regional Headquarters building at 25 Spruce Street in Colorado Springs.
Holly’s personal and professional core values include keeping her family as the top priority, always have fun and to be nice. She enjoys spending time with her daughters Maria and June, her husband RD and her two Corgis affectionately known as “The Klumps.” Holly loves running, mountain biking, gardening and queso. She attended Denver University on an athletic scholarship but graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in film, Cinema and Television.
