Steve Cummock began his real estate career in 2014 by making the change from personal training and coaching D1 collegiate athletes to selling homes for a homebuilder. He began working with Richmond American Homes where he found himself as a top producing sales agent for Richmond American Homes all 5 years he was with company, selling over $80 million worth of real estate from over 100 transactions. After winning the prestigious President’s Club award in 2018 he decided to move on to try out other builders adding an additional $20 million in transactions in only a year and a half before deciding to become a member of Hoff & Leigh Commercial Real Estate.

Steve enjoys spending time with family and friends on the golf course or enjoying the great outdoors in Colorado. In 2012, Steve earned his master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics from the University of Northern Colorado before finding real estate was his passion.

A Kind Word

From the very beginning Steve was quick to respond to my inquiries. I gave him a vague description of what I thought I wanted and immediately he nailed it and I had about a handful of spaces to look at. One of the things I liked the most about Steve was he was not just trying to get me to sign any lease. He was very communicative about red flags he picked up on with certain spaces. He also didn’t try to get me to sign on the higher end of my budget, he truly cared to find me the best space for my needs and what he felt would be the best exposure for my business. Commercial real estate is not for the weak. So many times the other agents ghosted us, but again, Steve communicated where we were every step of the way and when he knew I was getting antsy he always seemed to have the right things to say and a plan of attack.

Brandon and Steve were great! I had no idea how much work it was going to take to find a new location. Our search for locations continued for months, and then the process of actually securing our location took even longer due to other things out of anyone’s control. They were helpful throughout the entire process, communicated so quickly and efficiently that I wondered if they ever slept, and were so easy going that it made me very comfortable asking what I’m sure were the dumbest questions.
