Jacob graduated from Florida State University with a BS in information, communication, and technology. Jacob has spent the past five years in the service industry and is still active in the Denver F&B community. He spends his free time snowboarding in the winter and fishing and golfing in the warmer months. The extensive service industry experience he has directly translates to his focus of interest in the food and beverage commercial real estate market. He finds most value in helping chefs and bar owners make their concepts a reality by providing them with space that best suits their needs.
