Chris Myers

Chris Myers is the Vice President of Hoff & Leigh in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

He has a passion for commercial real estate. He specializes in listing, leasing, and selling commercial property. In the past 5 years, he has completed over 200 transactions totaling over $50 million in transaction volume.

Chris is a third-generation Colorado Springs native who grew up in a 60+ year old family business. During this experience he learned the importance of great customer service and marketing. He also has a deep understanding of the dynamics of the local market. This knowledge allows him to better represent his clients, creating efficient and uncomplicated transactions.

Chris prides himself on his ability to develop superior marketing for his landlords and sellers, from professional listing photos to individual attention for each listing. He is quickly becoming one of the top commercial real estate listing brokers in Colorado Springs, and is the President of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers Association.
