Chris is a dynamic full-service Broker Associate with Hoff & Leigh and a familiar face in the Denver market, renowned for his fierce advocacy in representing retail, office, and industrial tenants. With extensive experience, including years as a Title Rep and nearly a decade as a full-service broker, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction.

Before transitioning to real estate, Chris owned and operated a large entertainment complex with over 120 employees and managed several commercial investment properties. This unique blend of operational and landlord perspectives allows him to offer clients unparalleled insights and strategies.

Having called Denver home since 1980, Chris is deeply rooted in the Wash Park neighborhood. His firsthand market knowledge, coupled with a passion for building strong relationships, makes him a powerful ally in achieving client success.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys hosting friends and family, skiing, hiking, travel, photography, gardening, golf, and indulging in his love for classic cars and guitars.
