Holly Trinidad is a third generation Commercial Real Estate Entrepreneur.
Holly started brokering in the spring of 2007 and has become one of the top, female commercial real estate brokers in the Colorado Springs market, handling anywhere from 40-50 Landlord Representation Clients. In 2011, Holly has already sold over 15 buildings, making her one of the leading brokers in building sale count. Holly typically does 30-50 transactions annually ranging from 1,000-50,000 SF. Trinidad was awarded a 2010 Rising Star by the Colorado Springs Business Journal and she is also a Co-Star Power Broker.

Holly is also the Managing Partner of Hoff & Leigh National and she currently oversees broker recruitment, technology and marketing. In 2009 Holly helped launch the Hoff & Leigh Akron office, which has grown to be a listing powerhouse in the Northeastern Ohio Commercial Real Estate Market. This office has grown from 15 listings to over 65 listings, or approximately 1,000,000 SF. In 2012, Hoff & Leigh looks to opening offices in Denver, San Antonio, and Ft. Collins.
In 2011, Holly was a key player in merging Hoff & Leigh’s Property Management Company with another major player in Colorado Springs Commercial Real Estate, The O’Neil Group. The new property management firm is called Paramount Group. Paramount’s first account is the former Chase Bank building, a Class A facility located in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. Paramount currently manages close to 40 commercial buildings.
Holly enjoys spending her spare time with her 1 year-old daughter, Maria Grace, her husband, R.D., and her two corgi dogs affectionately known as, “The Klumps.” Holly loves working out, good Mexican food, and reality TV. Holly has a passion for helping the community and makes charitable contributions to organizations such as the American Red Cross, Catholic Charities, Boy Scouts of America, and many others.
