Tim Leigh
Partner/ Chairman of the Board
Tim Leigh has been active in commercial real estate since 1983. Tim is involved in all areas of the commercial real estate industry including commercial leasing and sales, investments, syndications, development, property management, and tax appeals. Tim is consistently a top producer in the Colorado Springs market and is involved in approximately 150 transactions annually. Tim’s personal sales volume normally exceeds $35 Million Dollars yearly. Tim is known as a listing powerhouse and year-to-date has sold more buildings than any broker in Colorado Springs for (2009).
A native of Grand Forks North Dakota, Leigh came to Colorado Springs as an enlistee in the US Army. Upon completing his 3 year tour of duty at Fort Carson, Colorado, the Secretary of the Army awarded him the prestigious Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service. After his tour of duty, Leigh returned to Grand Forks, where he completed his undergraduate studies in business, receiving a BSBA from the University of North Dakota. Tim graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1981. He continued his formal studies at the UND's School of Law, Regis University and The University of Colorado.
Drawn by family ties, Leigh returned to Colorado Springs in 1982, and began his career in commercial real estate in 1983. Tim Leigh and Bob Hoff started Hoff & Leigh commercial operations in 1987. They never looked back and have since built Colorado Springs’ largest, commercial real estate firm.
Mr. Leigh's clientele includes major corporations but mostly includes local businesses that use office or warehouse facilities and who need to buy, sell, lease or manage them. Leigh has been a celebrity spokesman for many businesses and is renowned as a high-energy, sales trainer & motivator. Leigh writes a widely-read real estate column, "Tim Leigh's Market Report" and is currently working on The Pathway to Riches, a book teaching how to achieve personal financial independence through basic real estate investing.
The Hoff & Leigh business model of focusing on local companies has proven to be highly successful and recession proof. In 2009 year-to-date, Hoff & Leigh put a dent in the market by completing 44% of all sales transactions equating to 66% of revenue for all of Colorado Springs. Mr. Leigh not only focuses his time on commercial real estate, but is involved in many non-profits. He was awarded the 2007 “Order of the Red Kettle” for the Salvation Army and the highly acclaimed “Good Scouting Award” for the Boy Scouts of American in 2008. Tim is a significant investor for the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Committee. Tim has been named the best Colorado Springs Business Leader and in 2009 Hoff & Leigh was awarded “Best Commercial Real Estate Firm” by the Colorado Springs Business Journal.

RD Trinidad

RD Trinidad has a double major in Math and Engineering Systems from Southern Methodist University. RD was an NCAA and Olympic Qualifier for the SMU Mustang’s Division 1 swim team. He was also a 4 year Varsity Letterman. RD began his sales career working in Northern California with his brother selling the hottest technology in Silicon Valley to companies such as Google, Pixar, Logitech, NASA, Sandia National Labs, Volkswagen, and many more. RD was consistently the #1 Sales Representative for the Northern California Market.
RD has always had a passion for commercial real estate and created the idea for Hoff & Leigh National while living in Northern California in 2005. Wanting to be part of Hoff & Leigh’s dynamic team, RD joined the company in early 2007 and is currently the Vice President of Hoff & Leigh. He is a leader in commercial building sales working with such companies as Infinity Engineering Systems (Voted Best Company in Colorado 2008 & 2009), Five Guys Burgers and Fries, National Wheelchair Basketball Association, and many more. RD focuses on the continued growth of the local and national elements of Hoff & Leigh. His niche in the Colorado Springs market is building and investment sales. RD was voted “2009 Rising Star” by the Colorado Springs Business Journal, and is also a CCIM Candidate.
RD also has a passion for community growth and outreach working with such organizations as School District 11, Beyond Renaissance Academy, and the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Holly Trinidad

After studying film at the University of Southern California, Holly took a job at a start-up production company called “Be Good.” While at Be Good, Holly developed ideas for film and TV. Holly secured a deal to distribute her projects world-wide through Sprint-Nextel via hand held devices. During this process, Holly realized her passion for sales, entrepreneurship and business development. Holly left Be Good to start-up Hoff & Leigh National in early 2007. Holly has been working in commercial real estate since leaving Be Good Productions. She is currently one of the top female leasing and sales brokers in the Colorado Springs market. She focuses on office and retail leasing. Being around commercial real estate since she was a small child, Holly has a strong understanding for the needs of Tenants and Landlords. Holly’s clients include Codebaby, Colorado Partners for Change, International Music Syndicate, Colorado City Creamery and many other local businesses in Colorado Springs. Her primary roles at Hoff & Leigh National are recruitment of branch offices, technology development and day to day operations. Holly is very active in her community serving as a board member for the American Red Cross and is also heavily involved in the Colorado Springs Economic Development Committee by heading the Marketing Fulfillment Chair. |

Chris Smith
Partner
Chris has a B.A. in Business Organizational Communications, Marketing and Sales Technology from the University of Akron. For nearly ten years with Monster Worldwide and Maritz Inc., Chris has consulted Fortune 500 companies on a variety of advertising and performance improvement solutions including custom customer acquisition, retention, customer experience management and loyalty advertising programs. Chris was consistently one of the top sales performers in his company working with such clients as Bank of the West, Wachovia, Tyco, ADP, and many more.
Chris, who has always had a passion for commercial real estate, joined the Hoff & Leigh team in early 2008 helping to build the Hoff & Leigh Franchise Model. Chris’ background in sales and performance management has allowed him to help create an extraordinary commercial real estate franchise program, Hoff & Leigh National. Chris’ innovative, broker incentive programs and strategic growth methods have been key to the development of Hoff & Leigh National. Chris’ primarily focuses his time at Hoff & Leigh National on branch recruitment and sales.

Rob Smith
Partner/ Executive V.P. of Marketing Rob Smith specializes in direct response marketing and has created and implemented several cutting edge, web-based marketing programs for Hoff & Leigh. Not only are Rob’s marketing techniques forward thinking, but they have put Hoff & Leigh ahead of the competition’s advertising strategies. Rob has an eye for design and has a passion for result-driven, creative services.
