Tim Leigh
Tim Leigh is President of Hoff & Leigh Management, Inc. and Hoff & Leigh, Inc. a private real estate holding company; both located in Colorado Springs, CO. Leigh has been active in all phases of the real estate industry since 1978 and is consistently ranked as one of Colorado’s Top Commercial Realtors. He’s normally involved in over 150 commercial transactions every year which produce over $35,000,000 in sales volume.
Leigh’s clientele includes major corporations, but mostly consists of local businesses and people in professional practice that need offices or warehouses for their business use. Leigh personally specializes in office leasing and office building sales. Additionally, he leads a team which specializes in leasing, selling & all types of property management.
Leigh’s 30 some years of commercial real estate knowledge lead to the development of HLI; a national branch role out specializing in buildings 50,000 square feet and primarily landlord representation.

RD Trinidad
RD Trinidad is the Executive Vice President of Hoff & Leigh Management, Inc. and has been instrumental in developing the model for the HLI expansion plan. Trinidad is now recognized as one of Colorado’s bright young stars. He specializes in office leasing, office buildings sales and commercial property investments. Trinidad is a CCIM candidate and is focusing the majority of his time on real estate syndicates.

Holly Trinidad
Holly Trinidad is currently the COO of HLI National.
Holly is also one of the area’s top women commercial real estate leasing agents and has successfully aided in helping some of Colorado’s hottest company prospects relocate to the Springs. She is very involved in the community, hosting quarterly fund-raising events for non-profit organizations and is on the board of the American Red Cross, Star Bright Star Light Foundation and is the Chair of the Economic Development Corp. Fulfillment Committee.

Chris Smith
Chris is currently Executive VP; Branch Recruitment
Chris has a B.A. in Business Organizational Communications and Marketing and Sales Technology from the University of Akron. For nearly ten years at Monster Worldwide and Maritz Inc., Chris consulted Fortune 500 companies on a variety of advertising and performance improvement solutions including custom customer acquisition, retention, customer experience management and loyalty advertising programs.

Rob Smith
Rob is currently the in-house consultant for all HLI National’s marketing and advertising. Smith, who owns Rob Advertising, has been involved in every aspect of creating the HLI National brand including redevelopment of Hoff & Leigh’s state of the art website, landing page technology, collateral, and listing video presentations. Rob has been instrumental in helping developing the technology for Hoff & Leigh Colorado Springs’ lead generation, on-line system and is responsible for creating all of HLI’s viral marketing program.
