Employed by Jenkins & Martin Management Company, the early days found the partners sharing a desk, a phone and a car. It should be noted that Mr. Hoff owned the car and that the passenger side window never worked. Mr. Leigh was always heard to be wet, cold or both! On the other hand, Mr. Hoff’s door was seen to open at will when a sharp right turn was made. It has been observed by many that it was a miracle the partners survived! And, survive they did! In fact, the partners were very successful in their business and in most months, they would complete at least one commercial real estate transaction every day! This prosperity lead to the need for growth and change, which occurred in 1987. Hoff & Leigh was founded in 1987. Tim Leigh designed the Red & White signs that thave become synonymous with commercial real estate.  Hoff & Leigh has been in continuous operation since August 1, 1987 and is now the oldest, continuously operating commercial real estate brand in Colorado Springs. In December, 2003 Mr. Leigh bought-out Mr. Hoff’s interest in the company and Mr. Hoff moved into semi-retirement. At that time, Tim Leigh became the President and owner of Hoff & Leigh, Inc.  TODAY Hoff & Leigh is expanding nationally using the same model created by Bob Hoff & Tim Leigh in the 1980's. The partners of Hoff & Leigh National are Tim Leigh, R.D. Trinidad, Holly Trinidad, Chris Smith, and Rob Smith.
